Every drop has somewhere to go
In Florida, water is what wrecks a cheap turf install. Heavy summer rain turns a flat yard into a pond, and a pond under turf means odor, shifting seams and dead spots.
We grade first, then build the drainage into the job: French drains, drain boxes, channel drains and sump pumps where the site needs them, over a compacted base that stays level through storm season. Then the turf goes down.
